During escrow, I’ll be monitoring the buyer’s loan and appraisal process, interfacing with escrow and title to ensure that all the details are handled according to instructions. If there are contingencies to the contract, such as inspection, loan, or appraisal, I’ll be on top of timelines and keep you informed of progress toward the “finish line” – close of escrow.

I’ll also be a resource to you for referral of any services you may need, such as movers, cleaners, and more.
